Referral Transparency

As part of our consulting services, we may introduce clients to third-party professionals, including but not limited to real estate agents, architects, contractors, property managers, and tax advisors.

In certain cases, we may receive a referral fee or other compensation from those providers if you choose to engage them. Where applicable, we will disclose such arrangements in writing.

You are under no obligation to retain any referred professional and may select independent providers at your discretion. Our recommendations are based on professional experience and perceived suitability, not solely on compensation arrangements.
